Centrally located in Friedrichshain in a quiet residential building, a 5-minute walk from the lively part of Friedrichshain.

Comfortable and quiet city apartment in the trendy Friedrichshain district, in a beautiful, typical Berlin old building charm house. It can be reached quickly by both the S and U-Bahn and the tram lines M10 and 21.

The approximately 50 square meter apartment itself is on the ground floor, both windows look out onto the quiet and green inner courtyard.

It consists of two comfortably furnished rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The couch can also be converted into a sofa bed. This means there would be space for a 5th person.

Both rooms have comfortable designer beds with a high-quality memory foam mattress. Both beds are king size beds (160 x 200 cm).

A bed and a sofa bed are in the cozy living room together with a dining table, chairs and a comfortable sofa. The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette that has everything you need to prepare small meals. For reasons of space there is an induction field. We don't have a dishwasher.

Everything you need for everyday life is there. Free WiFi works throughout the building. Towels and bed linen are included.

Please note that this is an apartment building and not a hotel. You live with neighbors who live and work in Berlin.

It is therefore important for us that the night's rest begins at 10 p.m.

Parties in the apartment are not allowed. There are also many clubs and nightlife options not far from the apartment.

Normal household noises are of course allowed and you may also hear the neighbors. Let's all try to find a quiet way to live together in the apartment building.

Near the apartment you will find funky and trendy bars, fantastic restaurants and unique boutiques and shops and much more! The nearest grocery store is 400 m from the apartment, and other grocery stores and organic stores are also within walking distance.

Boxhagener Platz is an 8-minute walk away. You are very close to the pulse of Friedrichshain and find peace in this apartment with windows facing the backyard. The street is also quiet and relaxed.

Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored using public transport, such as the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie.The apartment is located 900 m from the nearest S-Bahn station called Storkowerstraße, 500 m from the nearest subway station called Samariterstraße. The M10 and 21 trams are also within walking distance from the apartment.

Groups under 21 are not permitted.

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected before each check-in. Check-in is online and contactless.
