Central apartment in trendy Friedrichshain

Comfortable and quiet city apartment is located in trendy Friedrichshain area, in a beautiful typical Berlin Altbau-charm house. It is easily accessible by either metro (both S and U-bahn) and tram lines M10 and 21 that are all just a short walking distance away. The apartment itself is on the ground floor, and has a private access from the street (see photo).

The apartment is 37m2 and consists of two rooms, that are separated by a door. The flat can accommodate up to 4 people. A spacious bedroom has two double beds (160 cm), and has an access to the bathroom which has a comfortable hot shower. The bedroom window is facing the courtyard, and the room is therefore naturally darker and quieter than the living room which is facing the street where the sun is shining in throughout the day time.

The light and cozy living room has a large flat screen TV with Netflix and a comfortable big sofa to relax. Fully equipped, and functioning kitchen is located in the same space as the living and dining area. The apartment can be used immediately as your own home. Everything you need for everyday life is available. Free WiFi works throughout the property. The apartment building is a living house, not a hotel, so sometimes normal sounds from everyday life can be heard such as trash being taken out, bikes being moved etc. but that is quite normal in apartment buildings. No traffic noise in the sleeping room.

Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored by public transport such as the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. Near the apartment you find bohemian and trendy bars, amazing restaurants and unique boutiques & shops, and much more! The closest grocery store is 400m from the apartment, and other grocery stores and BIO stores are within a walking distance too. There is a free parking on the street next to the apartment.

Formerly part of East Berlin, it is adjacent to Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg and Lichtenberg. Friedrichshain is named after the Volkspark Friedrichshain, a vast green park at the northern border with Prenzlauer Berg. Friedrichshain is one of the trendy districts of Berlin. You can wander around Friedrichshain peacefully on your own and do café and bar hopping while discovering the area.

The apartment is easily accessible by either metro (both S and U-bahn) and tram lines M10 and 21. Closest stops are Storkowerstrasse S-bahn (8 min walk), Samariterstrasse U-bahn (6 min walk) and Frankfurter Tor U-bahn (8 min walk).

Towels and bedding are of course included in the price.

Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

The apartment will be only for you.

The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each check in and then disinfected.

The check in takes place online and is contactless. We will send you a code that opens the door prior to your stay. Check in is at 4 pm.

The trash room is located in the courtyard, and can be entered without a key. There is different cans for plastic (yellow can), waste (black can), biowaste (small black can next to the door) and paper (blue can).
